Fluidor
The Fluidor Tote-Bin Dumper Ice Crusher (TBDICS) enables fast and hygienic emptying of open-top drums or bins containing frozen or semi-frozen products like fruit juice concentrates. Handling two containers per cycle, the system clamps, lifts, and empties packages into a heated hopper, where a pin-style crusher reduces hard-frozen blocks into flakes. Residual product is recovered using a hygienic bag squeezer, while a screw conveyor feeds the processed product into a twin-screw pump. Fully CIP-integrated and built for continuous use, the TBDICS ensures minimal product loss and high throughput.
