Newly opened in 2021, FlowTherm’s Service Department delivers technical experience and full capabilities. We run 24 hours, 365 days a year – if your site is running, chances are that we are too.
Our technicians service all brands and for a broad range of equipment, as well as offering additional support supply for any parts and spares needed. With national reach, we can support you onsite wherever you are, while our fully fitted workshop can handle any offsite repairs and service.
How to book
Here's how to arrange your service from Flowtherm:
- Call or email us to discuss your requirements.
- We will document details of the equipment to be serviced or tested, and have an initial discussion with you on what is likely to be required. This will be done via phone or email, or with a site visit if required.
- We will present a clear proposal including any spare parts required, expected hours of labour, expected costs and downtime. Our proposal will also include any of our requirements of you, such as CIP prior to service, etc.
- With your approval, we will book in a date and time for our technician(s) to service your equipment onsite.
- Any inductions or paperwork required to meet site requirements will be done in advance, or before service starts on the day.
- The day before service we will confirm with you via a reminder email.
- We will arrive on time, complete your service quickly and professionally, and will ask for your feedback when the job is done!
