Product Range
The DEBEM range extends FlowTherm’s pumping capabilities across food & beverage, pharmaceutical, winery, personal care and cosmetic processing, as well as selected industrial applications. It includes solutions for product transfer, CIP systems, process chemicals, viscous fluids, suspended solids, automated dosing and general plant utilities.
DEBEM’s broad Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) pump range allows the pump construction, materials and configuration to be matched closely to the fluid and process requirements. The Boxer Series Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps provide a versatile solution for transferring chemicals, viscous products and liquids containing suspended solids, while the compact Cubic Series Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps are suited to installations where space is limited.

For applications requiring compliant wetted materials, the FDA Boxer Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps are available for food & beverage, pharmaceutical, winery and personal care processing. The SaniBoxer Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps provide a hygienic stainless steel solution for sanitary process duties, while the AISIBOXER Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps offer robust AISI 316L stainless steel construction for demanding fluid transfer applications.

The Remote Control Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps integrate with automated equipment and control systems for applications involving remote operation, metering and dosing, while Pulsation Dampeners complement the AODD range by reducing discharge pulsation, smoothing flow and protecting downstream equipment.
