Venair Heated Hose: Flexible Heat Where It Counts

In industries where temperature defines product quality, a hose isn’t just a hose—it’s a lifeline. The Venair Heated Hose is built precisely for that purpose: to keep products flowing smoothly, safely, and reliably, even when conditions demand thermal control.

Why Heated Hoses Matter

Many high-value products—cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, chemicals—depend on staying at the right viscosity to perform. When exposed to lower temperatures, these materials thicken, set, or even crystallize, making transfer and processing nearly impossible.

Traditional heat tracing systems can solve this, but at a high cost. Running current along a pipe or hose is energy-intensive, bulky, and often rigid. Alternatives, such as hard-lined heated systems, also pose issues—they are difficult to bend, prone to stress cracks, and lack flexibility during daily operations.

This is where Venair’s Heated Hose steps in as a game-changer.

The Venair Advantage

Venair’s heated hose offers a combination of thermal performance, flexibility, and safety that sets it apart:

  • Constant Temperature Assurance
With built-in heating elements and insulation, the hose keeps contents at stable temperatures, controlled via an electronic regulator. An integrated PT100 Ohm probe ensures precise monitoring between the wall pipes.

  • Flexibility Without Compromise
Reinforced with polyester fabric and stainless steel wire, the hose bends easily while maintaining structural integrity. It resists breaks and stress that plague harder alternatives.

  • Safe for Sensitive Products
Manufactured from platinum-cured silicone, the hose is odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, and compliant with FDA, USP Class VI, ISO 10993, BfR, and European Pharmacopoeia standards. This makes it ideal for direct contact with food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.

  • Wide Thermal Range
Operational temperatures span from -55°C/+180°C, with short bursts up to +200ºC (392ºF). Settings can be adjusted from 0°C up to 200°C, giving operators complete control.

  • Durability Built In
Each hose is made to order, with specifications tailored to pressure, vacuum resistance, bending radius, inside diameter, and length. Standard sizes go up to 4 meters, with certain diameters reaching 6 meters.

Applications Across Industries

  • Cosmetics: Prevent creams, gels, and viscous pastes from setting during transfer.

  • Pharmaceuticals: Maintain sterile, flowable conditions for sensitive products.

  • Food & Nutrition: Ideal for chocolate, syrups, or nutraceutical bases that need warmth to move.

  • Chemicals: Transport resins, adhesives, or specialty compounds without worrying about crystallization or solidification.

Conclusion: Smart Heat, Smarter Flow

The Venair Heated Hose solves the classic challenge of keeping viscous products warm without the inefficiency of traditional heat tracing. By combining energy-efficient heating, regulatory compliance, and robust flexibility, it empowers industries to handle their most temperature-sensitive materials with confidence.

When flow matters—and temperature makes or breaks it—Venair delivers heat where it counts.
