We are pleased to announce on 31st January 2020, Flowtherm acquired Saniquip Stainless Ltd located in Auckland, New Zealand.

Saniquip Stainless Ltd is a young company (8 Years trading), but has been built on the solid foundation of well over 40 years of combined experience in the marketing and support of hygienic stainless steel process and tank equipment. Our partnerships with leading international manufacturers allow us to offer a wide range of high quality products at competitive prices, while our considerable experience enables us to offer solid technical advice and product support. From our Auckland office and warehouse facility we service the food and beverage processing, dairy, wine, brewing & pharmaceutical industries nationwide. We have a particular focus on the stainless steel tank fabrication sector and also on the special requirements of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

This acquisition is a major milestone towards FlowTherm’s mission to be a leader in the Hygienic market in Oceania and South East Asia. The FlowTherm Group is now present in New Zealand, Singapore and Australia. Saniquip’s existing experienced management and sales team will stay on ensuring continuity for our Customers and Suppliers. Both FlowTherm and Saniquip have been growing at a healthy pace in recent years and the synergies for both companies of this acquisition will ensure a bright future ahead.
