The homogenisers Homolab2.20 and Homolab2.50 are laboratory homogenisers with an easy installation (no need of water for cooling of pistons) and use (manual adjustment of homogenizing pressure via hand wheels). Decision to equip these homogenisers with nr. 2 pistons is very important to grant valid results as the ones that can be obtained with bigger machines that can be used in an industrial process. The machine is complete with double homogenising stage and with pressurised hopper.

Homolab 2.20 is a laboratory homogenizer suitable to test almost 20 l/h of product, reaching an homogenizer pressure of 1.800 Bar.

Homolab 2.50 is a laboratory homogenizer suitable to test almost 50 l/h of product, reaching an homogenizer pressure of 600 Bar.

The FBF ITALIA laboratory homogenizer is equipped with two pumping pistons.

This characteristic allows the homogenizing heads to treat the product sample to be tests carried out with single piston machines. This particular feature allows to transfer to industrial production the homogenizing result obtained in laboratory research.
