Process Valves for SAFE areas designed to intercept flow pattern. Body shape and their internal design offer a very reliable component for Aseptic Processing Applications. Standard versions are short butt weld ends but, on demand, may be delivered for orbital welding or with Tri-Clamp connections. Shut Off and Flow Through valves are available in several configurations to fulfill customer needs on all applications: vertical installations, horizontal installations, coaxial or tangential outlets as standard, they are designed for a full drain ability and free of unused portions or dead legs.

Tank Bottom Valves are designed to take off fluids from the tank bottom. Body shape and their internal design offer a very reliable component for Aseptic Processing Applications. Standard version are short butt weld ends but, on demand, may be delivered for orbital welding or with Tri-Clamp connections, straight, 45° and 90°. Shut Off and Flow Through valves in are available in several configurations to fulfill customer needs on all applications: 90° or 180° connections, short and extended body design as standard for most stringent applications such as bioreactors or fermentors.

Tank Weldable Valves are designed to intercept flow pattern when welded on a vessel wall. The long conical inlet may be modify according to the design of the internal shape of the vessel to reach flush flow design. Body shape and their internal design offer a very reliable component for Aseptic Processing Application. Standard version are short butt weld ends but, on demand, may be delivered for orbital welding or with Tri-Clamp connections. TC Connectable Valves for SAFE areas are designed to intercept flow pattern when TC connection is available. Diverting Valves for SAFE areas is a body offering two opposite valves with zero dead leg common port, are designed for fluids or gases deviation. Two diverting valves connected from center pipe gives “block and bleed unit” with Zero dead leg. Body shape and their internal design offer a very reliable component for Aseptic Processing Application. Standard version are short butt weld ends but, on demand, may be delivered for orbital welding or with Tri-Clamp connections. Available on several configurations to fulfill customer needs on all applications: 90° and 180° design, for vertical installations with coaxial outlets or for horizontal installations with tangential outlets reaching a full drainability. Customized design with additional connections, for saving pipes or unused portions, on demand.

Valves On Pipe for SAFE areas are designed to feed or take off fluids or gases from the process piping, and draw off WFI or PW loop with Zero dead leg. Body shape with flush flow seal on pipe and their internal design offer a very reliable component for Aseptic Processing Application. Standard version are short butt weld ends but, on demand, may be delivered for orbital welding or with Tri-Clamp connections.
