The Fluidor DAPS Drum Dumper is a robust solution designed for the efficient emptying of 200-liter open-top drums containing liquid products, such as fruit juice concentrates with viscosities of up to 20,000 cP. The machine ensures minimal product loss and adheres to the highest hygiene and safety standards, making it suitable for food and beverage applications.

- Pneumatic lifting and tipping device with aluminum cylinders in a clean design.
- Electric-driven bag squeezer with a hygienic design, featuring knurled AISI 316 lower rollers and natural rubber upper rollers.
- Product loss is minimised to less than 0.1%, with a foot-operated reverse drive for safe operation.
- AISI 304 stainless steel frame and AISI 316 product-contact parts.
- Compliant with EN1672-2, HACCP, EC 1935/2004, and FDA regulations.
- Hygienic stainless steel hopper with a dumping grid and integrated level detection.
- Frequency-controlled twin screw product pump with seal flush and pressure relief valve set to 12 bar.
- CIP-ready design with integrated rotating nozzle covers for easy cleaning.
- HMI-controlled operation with remote internet access module.
- Flexible configuration for right or left-hand operator platforms.
