The Fluidor Conveyor System is a versatile and robust solution designed to transport 200-liter drums and 1,000-liter bins or tote boxes. These systems are fully compatible with Fluidor’s range of dumping and processing systems, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency in industrial environments.
Key Features
- Hygienic Construction: Built with AISI 304 stainless steel and steel galvanized rollers for durability and hygiene.
- Fully compliant with EN1672-2, HACCP, ISO 9001, and Good Manufacturing Practice (EC) 2023/2006 regulations.
- Adjustable Design: Roller height ranges between 700–1,200 mm, with adjustable support legs to accommodate uneven floors.
- Efficient Operation: SEW motors fully drive the rollers, with a maximum of two rollers per chain for full drums or bins.
- Designed for continuous operation, 12 hours/day, 5 days/week, with an expected service life of 20 years.
- Safety Standards: Safety design adheres to ISO 12100, with optional extra shielding or barriers available.
